Dear Madge,
I think I’m the only one who sees you as a rebel, but I do. You started the rebellion by giving the pin to Katniss, knowing it was an old symbol that represented an affront to the Capitol with the story behind the bird’s origin. You knew all of that. And you also knew that Katniss had a chance, not only of winning the games, but of making an actual change, something that was never seen. I see you like the smartest characters of all.
